August was kind of wild here at Azulio.
Beyond shipping a boat load of product and onboarding clients at a pace never seen before. We have a wonderful bit of data to review. Ya’ll know I love this part of the job. Studying human behavior is my jam.
901 people raised their hands, leads. Some were serious, some just curious, and a few probably clicked buttons while driving. Azulio still answered faster than their ex ever did!
And the best part? 621 of them engaged. Text was majority through iMessage, 83% and about 23% of engagements were phone calls! Ya wild right. That’s a lot of real conversations, not just messages drifting off into the void. Some are still going on!
54 contracts signed. I wish DocuSign had rewards program because we’d be going to Hawaii!
14 transactions closed in the month with the fastest deal transacting in under 50 hours. And another that has an industry setting 13 days close. Yes, and we’re pushing on cracking a 10 day close process.
Average deal size $525k, with about 2.9% commission (~$15,225). Across 14 deals, that’s about $213,150 in commissions. These are 87% buy side deals so next 60 days we’ll see the impacts of listings that were captured. The data is highlighting the Azulio customers are out performing their peers.
On the social side, clients doubled their posting. (It’s finally easy to build once and post everywhere with Azulio.) Engagements tripled. AI automations made sure every like or comment got pulled right into the funnel.
And that “brand new” sales lead team got excited about? Not new at all. They first showed up six months ago, disappeared, then came back. Azulio recognized them on a social media engagement, merged their history, and gave the team the backstory so they weren’t starting from scratch. That’s pretty bad ass.
Bottom line: August wasn’t just busy. It was humans being humans raising hands, ghosting, circling back with Azulio quietly keeping the whole thing organized. Our clients outperformed the market and put time, about 10hours on average, back in their pocket. One hell of a ROI!
